What about future?

There is no such thing as future experience. There is just actual experience containing thoughts about future. And those thoughts can trigger stressful feelings and make this actual experience to be as it is - uncomfortable. So, thoughts do create our reality.

And if you find yourself in such particular situation with stressful thoughts about some possible future events and if you become aware of this mechanism, reality already changes and experiencing becomes more relaxed and brighter and new thoughts and feelings come up.
Than you need to notice that no thoughts about future experience are true. They can't be true! Future experience can't be experienced now!
So, you can dismiss all bothering thoughts immediately, which means not paying attention and let them pass by.

It doesn't mean - don't think about what needs to be done. Such thoughts are natural and useful part of the experience and they don't bring feeling of tension. They just unfold effortlessly. As well as the related actions.
Just don’t follow thoughts unconditionally. Stay still, come back in simplicity of direct experiencing here and now and follow the voice of Life. It is called intuition and it contains wisdom and love of Life for all of its expressions, never being in worry about "future".

To be awake

To be awake is everything.

The first step towards this state is so simple that any child could take it. Only those who have been misled have forgotten how to walk, and stay paralyzed on their two feet because they do not want to throw away the crutches they have inherited from their predecessors.

To be awake is everything.
Keep awake whatever you are doing! Do not imagine that you are already awake. No – you are asleep and dreaming.
Gather all your strength together and fill your body for a moment with the feeling (but not the thought!): Now I am awake!

If you can do this successfully, then you will at once perceive that the state in which you were before was merely one of somnolence. This is the first step on the long, long journey that leads from servitude to freedom.

Go on, then, advancing from one awakening to another. There are no tormenting thoughts that you cannot in this way get rid of. They will be left behind and will not be able to trouble you any more. You will be as high above them as the crown of a tree is above the withered branches below.

Your pains will fall away from you like dead leaves from a tree when you feel your whole body, mind and soul is awake.

Read the sacred writings of all the peoples on Earth. Through all of them runs, like a red thread, the hidden Science of attaining and maintaining wakefulness. It is the ladder of Jacob who fought all through the “night” (sleep) with the angel of the Lord until the “day” (wakefulness) broke and he was victorious.
You must climb from one rung to another if you want to conquer death."

Meeting the Dragon

"Mistaken identities are like a parade of happiness and misery: Once good and evil have individually arisen they perpetuate themselves. In actuality they remain unborn; in facticity they neither move nor change Know this thoroughly straight away."

There is no dividing line

There is no dividing line between inside and outside.
There is no dividing line between here and there.
There is no out-there and no here-inside.
What else could be divided?
Is that simple and obvious?
Does that invoke silence, intimacy with whatever is and joyful alertness - making that “whatever is” in always harmonious and vivid vibration?

If it is not experienced, yet resonates as true, stay with it and go with it.
Keep it clear and simple and observe without expectations.

Is there a thinker apart from thoughts and thinking?
Is there anything existing on its own in this experience of life?
Or there is just immense aware space containing whole specter of dynamics going in and out of the transparent nothing, yet, never really dividing or separating anything.

"I move with roaring, howling, and radiant might.
I move with the infinite and nature's powers.
I hold the love of the Lord of Lords.

I hold The fire of the soul. I hold life and healing."
From Rg Veda
